The Master Gardener Food Gardening Specialists are presenting a workshop at the Bayer Farm Community Garden on October 21, 10-11:30 a.m. Learn about the steps you can take from planting a cover crop to mulching to other actions so that your garden’s soil will be in good shape for spring planting. Bring your garden gloves because we will be in the garden practicing the various methods discussed. The workshop will be from 10-11:30 a.m., and will include a tour of Bayer Farm which is located at 1550 West Avenue, Santa Rosa. Spanish translation will be available.
